Contact Form

When you submit our contact form and tick the consent checkbox, you provide: your name, email address, company name, and message.

Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 ("GA4") to understand how visitors use our Site. GA4 collects anonymised usage data including browser type, pages visited, time on site, and general location. This data does not identify you personally.

What We Do Not Collect

We do not collect payment information. We do not operate user accounts or membership areas.

Analytics cookies — a cookie consent banner is shown on your first visit. GA4 does not load until you click Accept. If you click Decline, no analytics data is collected.

Contact form — a consent checkbox appears on the contact form. The form will not submit unless you tick the checkbox.

Your consent is freely given, specific, and informed. You may withdraw it at any time by contacting us (see Section 8).

Contact form data — to read and respond to your inquiry, and to follow up if needed.

Analytics data — to understand which pages are useful, how visitors find us, and how we can improve the Site.

We use your data only for these stated purposes. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

We process your personal data in accordance with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 ("PDPL") and its Executive Regulations (Ministerial Decree No. 816/2025).

Contact form data — processed on the basis of your explicit consent, given when you tick the consent checkbox and submit the form.

Analytics data — processed on the basis of your explicit consent, given when you click Accept on the cookie banner.

Contact form data — we keep your inquiry for a maximum of 3 years from the date of your last interaction with us, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Analytics data — retained in Google Analytics for 14 months as configured in our GA4 property settings.

Google LLC (Google Analytics 4) — analytics provider. Google processes Site usage data on servers outside Egypt. Google's use of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out via Google's opt-out browser add-on.

We do not share your contact form data with any third party without your consent, except where required by Egyptian law or a court order.

GA4 analytics data is transferred to and stored on Google's servers, which may be located outside Egypt. By accepting analytics cookies, you consent to this transfer. We have signed Google's Data Processing Amendment for our GA4 account.

Under Egypt's PDPL (Law 151/2020), you have the following rights:

• Access — ask us what personal data we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion — ask us to delete your data, subject to our legal retention obligations
• Withdraw consent — withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing
• Breach notification — be informed if a data breach affects your rights

GA4 uses cookies to distinguish visitors and track usage. A cookie consent banner is shown on your first visit. You must actively click Accept before any analytics cookies are set.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Your contact form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

Our Site is not directed at children under 15. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151/2020 and its Executive Regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts.
